Cate Blanchett and her husband, director Andrew Upton, attend the opening night of the play Quack at the Stables Theatre on Wednesday (September 1) in Sydney, Australia.

The 41-year-old Aussie actress recently made Forbes‘ list of the top 10 best value actors in Hollywood.

Cate was ranked number five, behind Transformers star Shia LaBeouf, Anne Hathaway, Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, and Iron Man’s Robert Downey Jr.. Meryl Streep and Jennifer Aniston were tied in sixth place.

Drew Barrymore looks like an easy, breezy, beautiful cover girl as she heads out of her West Hollywood office on Friday afternoon (September 3).

The 35-year-old actress will star as a Greenpeace volunteer in the new drama Everybody Loves Whales, based on a true story set in 1988. John Krasinski, who plays a small-town reporter, and Kristen Bell also star in the upcoming film.

Drew’s latest movie Going The Distance, which co-stars her on-again off-again beau Justin Long, is out in theaters now!

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas continue to perfect their dancing in these new shots from Dancing with the Stars rehearsals.

The 19-year-old former first daughter of Alaska said that she can’t wait to get started dancing. “I’m looking forward to this,” Bristol told Access Hollywood. “It’s like I’m going to be working out as my job right now and that’s going to be my main focus and I’m so excited to get into shape,” she continued.

Bristol also shared that her son, Tripp, might drop by for practices! “I think he’ll come in for a rehearsal or two,” she shared. “He’ll love it!”

Via Curbed LA: It’s Old Hollywood glamor all over this Beverly Hills mansion, complete with black and white marble tiles, crystal chandeliers, tufted velvet upholstery, and palm trees. The former residence of actress Marion Davies (silent film/talkies star and girlfriend of publishing mogul William Randolph Hearst) is now on the market for $12.5 million dollars. Subsequent owners of the home include producer Harry Cohn and then writer Aleen Leslie. The property encompasses about 6,000 square feet of living space and sits atop a 1.47 acre lot. It has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and according to the original listing has hosted such guests as Charlie Chaplin and Rudolph Valentino for Marion’s renowned and lavish parties.

Curbed LA uncovered this gem about Hearst and Davies keeping up appearances during the 1920s from the book Hollywood: The Movie Lover’s Guide, by Richard Alleman:

In the mid-1920s, William Randolph Hearst bought this beautiful mansion for his mistress, Marion Davies. Just to keep everything on the up and up–on paper, anyway–the house was bought in the name of Marion’s mother, Rose, who also lived there.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Grammy-winning rapper T.I. was arrested along with his wife on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, five months after the hip-hop star finished a prison stint on weapons charges.

The 29-year-old rapper and his wife, Tameka Cottle, were arrested Wednesday night in West Hollywood after deputies smelled marijuana and pulled the couple over, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. They were released from jail at about 4 a.m. Thursday after posting $10,000 bail each, sheriff’s Deputy Luis Castro said.
