Could Martha Stewart be the next Barbara Walters? Martha hopes so!

The 69-year-old business magnate will speak with fashion industry females Donna Karan, Diane Von Furstenberg, Tory Burch and J. Crew’s Jenna Lyons in Martha Stewart Presents, a primetime interview show airing on September 19 on the Hallmark Channel.

“My favorite interviewers are [76-year-old] Larry King and [80-year-old] Barbara Walters – both of whom are kind of retiring,” Martha, shared (via USA Today). “Who’s going to take their place as the serious, great interviewer? I’m throwing my name in there because I love to talk to people.”

Martha also shared that she’d like to interview young movie stars and political figures.

Tthe celebrity pairings for season 11 of Dancing with the Stars has just been announced. But before we get to that, here’s a list of people who were courted for the show but turned it down for a variety of reasons:

Now, each contestant can earn up to $345,000 during the 10 weeks of airtime. There’s an initial $125,000 for signing, $10,000 an episode for Weeks 3 and 4, $20,000 an episode for Weeks 5 and 6, $30,000 an episode for Weeks 7 and 8, and $50,000 an episode for the final two weeks. Not a bad way to earn a living!

Angelina Jolie sits down with Naveed Hussain (UNHCR Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Haris Silajdzic (Muslim member of the Bosnian tripartite Presidency) during her visit to Sarajevo, Bosnia, on Saturday, August 21.

A top official in Bosnia says the 35-year-old UNHCR Goodwill Amvassador is interested in supporting education and other projects to help young Bosnians and people who return to homes they left during the war.

Angie was also in town inspecting filming locations as she plans to shoot a movie there set during the 1992-95 Bosnian War.

“The film is a love story, not a political statement,” she said in a statement. “I would like to involve as many local people as possible and learn as much as I can.”

Jesse Williams hits up the screening of The Weinstein Company documentary The Tillman Story at LA’s Pacific Design Center on Thursday (August 12).

The flick is about an orchestrated governmental obscenity that tried to use the memory of U.S. Army Ranger Pat Tillman, who was killed by friendly fire in Afghanistan in 2004, for political ends.

“Another great day at work!” the 29-year-old actor Grey’s Anatomy star tweeted yesterday. “And so happy the NFL season is upon us. Trying to get back in shape, just in case a team needs another WR (wide receiver).” Ha, football dreams!
